Clear cost expectations
Airport and parking charges can vary.
Turo and each permitted airport determine the approved delivery locations and applicable airport-access rules. Depending on the airport and trip, an airport charge may appear in the Turo checkout, and standard parking charges may be separate.
Parking responsibility is disclosed
If a guest is responsible for a standard parking charge, that responsibility and the pickup procedure will be communicated before the trip begins through the listing or Turo messaging.
Trip instructions control
Follow the location, timing, ticket, payment, and return instructions attached to your specific reservation. Airport rules and approved areas can change.

What if my flight or baggage is delayed?+
A parking-based handoff removes the need to meet at a narrow curbside time. Keep us updated through Turo messaging and follow the trip-specific parking instructions. Additional parking time may affect the amount due under the applicable airport and Turo rules.
Can I book airport delivery at the last minute?+
When the vehicle and delivery option are shown as available on Turo, trips may be booked with as little as one hour’s advance notice. Availability is never guaranteed until Turo confirms the reservation.
Where exactly will the vehicle be?+
The approved location varies by airport and trip. We send exact directions and identifying details through the active Turo reservation.
Can we meet curbside instead?+
Airport exchanges must follow the location and method permitted by the airport and Turo. Do not assume curbside delivery is allowed unless it is specifically included in the active trip instructions.
